金界赌场 Machinery Co., Ltd. (or KCM), headquartered in Tokyo, announces that it will be making personnel changes determined at today’s Board of Directors meeting as follows.

  1. Appointment and retirement of executive officers, effective April 1
  2. Changes, etc. of positions and responsibility areas of directors and executive officers, effective April 1
  3. Retirement of consultants, effective March 31
  4. Appointment of directors, which will be discussed at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for the end of June
  5. Changes of responsibility areas of executive officers, which will be determined at the above-mentioned ordinary general meeting of shareholders
  6. Appointment of directors, effective April 1

The new structure of officers, effective April 1, as well as the responsibility areas of directors and executive officers, which are to become effective after the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for the end of June, is included here.
